What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 300 pcs for standard humidifier filters and 200 SQM for custom HAF dehumidifier media. Lower quantities are negotiable for samples and trial orders.
Do you offer OEM and private label?
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM service - custom size, media, color, your logo, and retail-ready packaging.
Are your filters original brand filters?
No. We manufacture high-quality compatible replacement filters. Brand names and model numbers are used for compatibility reference only; Deli is an independent manufacturer.
Can you make a custom size?
Yes - we are the factory. Send us your dimensions, a drawing, or a sample, and we will custom-manufacture to your exact spec.
What is the lead time?
Typically 15-30 days depending on quantity and customization. Samples are usually faster.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We are import/export licensed and ship worldwide. We handle export documentation.
